For the Residency No. 11: Bastard Herbal , in Another Thing Without a Name, there is an interest on the part of the artist to make a nod to the illegitimate and The non-valuable : forms of existence and beings plantae whose life is sustained despite all odds against it, at least in appearance. Seeing these lives, where the only thing they can do is resist by inhabiting marginal urban spaces. Thinking about how life is sustained in residual spaces, in the shadow of the human gaze. More than a metaphor, it offers us an opportunity to learn about everything that escapes human conventions, about their lives and their stewardship.

In formal terms, this process is a return to slow processes of image production and the exploration of techniques that dialogue with graphics, in whose construction of the image there is a process with bodies (𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘦) present, where the imprint of these bodies makes their representation possible; as in all monstrous existence, presenting themselves.
